Returns and Refunds Policy

For sanitary purposes,cosmetic products that have been used cannot be returned. When you receive your order, promptly check the items to make sure the items are intact and check your order against the provided invoice. You have a right to cancel the purchase within 7 days of the receipt of the goods - please send it back to us unused within 14 working days and we will issue a refund within 7 working days after receipt of the return.

Cancellations

If you have paid, and you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, please contact us immediately either by phone (02031371416) or e-mail info@earthnicity.co.uk. If you have not paid for the order there is no need to inform us of any cancellation.
